About
Ever since I watched the original Tron movie as a kid, programming
has held a deep interest within me. When I was able to pursue it, I loved
the problem solving aspect and found the feeling of completing a
working program immensely satisfying.
During the Wellesley College Computer Science Department's
thirty-second anniversary party, I got to try virtual reality for
the first time. Even though the picture was blurry and the headset
was uncomfortable, floating in space above Earth and pushing bits
of rock with a laser filled me with awe.
Now, I want to build applications that make people's lives better, by making
things easier for them, or putting smiles on their faces.
